《安全近視雷射》術後副作用 應養肝、保腎
民眾接受近視雷射手術之後，有些人會出現副作用。中醫師陳玫妃表示，這種情況應予以養肝、保腎，有助促使眼睛恢復正常，如使用養肝血的加味消遙散、滋腎陰的杞菊地黃丸等皆是常用中藥方。
陳醫師指出，雷射近視手術可能導致眼睛免疫力下降、眼睛泛紅、看到燈光容易刺眼或畏光、複視閃光、眩光、視力協調能力不好、容易疲倦、視力不穩定、手術後易受感染等情形。此外，手術之後也可能出現乾眼症，主要是淚水分泌減少所致，患者常要補充人工淚液。
陳玫妃醫師指出，傳統中醫認為，眼睛跟人體臟腑有關聯性，這些臟腑氣血經過經脈而上達眼睛，所以才會有目承五臟六腑之精的說法，特別是肝腎兩臟，因此，術後眼睛保養偏重於養肝、保腎，因為肝開竅於目，肝血充足有益眼睛濡養；腎陰足、腎水充盈，也可以滋養人的眼睛。
除了調理肝腎之外，臨床上，民眾接受近視雷射手術之後，有些人可能出現其他不適症，如刺痛、畏光、眼紅、敏感等，像這種情況治宜清肝、明目；有些人可能出現眼紅、病菌感染，像這種情況應予以清肝熱。
術後眼睛保養，建議可以按摩攢竹、睛明、絲竹空、承泣、太陽穴、光明等穴道，有助於改善術後眼睛疲勞、焦距不佳、乾眼症、畏光等問題。
黃精菊花飲有助清肝熱、養腎陰、充肝血，相當適合術後飲用，需準備菊花2錢、黃精2錢、枸杞3錢，然後把所有藥材泡水洗淨後放入鍋中，倒入1000毫升的清水，用小火煮到800毫升即成。如果眼睛泛紅，還可再加夏枯草2錢。
